Description
The Ocean Eco Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Tour in Fort Lauderdale, FL starts with an intro into stand up paddleboarding (SUP) equipment on the beach before we enter the water and begin with a short lesson to get everyone comfortable on their boards.
This is where the fun starts as we make our way out over two of the most visited reef systems in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area where you will be able to see a wide variety of marine life below the water, as well as the pelagic bird species flying above, all while working your full body balance and core while paddling on the board. Don’t worry though, we make it welcoming and accessible to all levels!
Ocean conservation is at our core and we encourage the philosophy of “leave nothing but bubbles, take nothing but photos.”

DURATION
PREREQUISITES / MINIMUM AGE
- You must be 10 years old or older
- Kids under the age of 10 can share a paddleboard with a adult at no extra charge (please contact us first to arrange)
- You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health
- No prior experience with stand up paddleboarding is required
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult
GROUP SIZE
- Maximum of 6 people per group

WHAT TO WEAR / EQUIPMENT
- All necessary gear is provided
- You should bring your own swimming costume, towel, sunscreen and bottled water
- Bring some warm clothes for afterwards, even if it’s sunny
