Shipping Information

Depending on your location, we ship through UPS, FedEx, Pilot and the United States Postal Service.

For the contiguous United States, transit time is calculated in business days.

Expedited orders placed weekdays before 12pm EST (Noon) are processed and shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend are shipped the next business day.

  • Free Economy Ground Shipping applies to the lower 48 states
  • Add item(s) to your cart and that total over $99
  • Economy Ground Shipping is automatically free

  • Duotone and Cabrinha kiteboards qualify for free shipping
  • Fanatic and Red Paddle Inflatable SUP’s qualify for free shipping
  • Excludes APO and some oversize items, such as Composite SUP Boards, Foil Boards, Windsurf Boards and Surfboards.

Oversize Shipping Information

  • Airush Twintip Kiteboards, Wakeboards and Starboard Inflatable SUP’s are eligible for standard US shipping rates.
  • For Composite Standup Paddle Boards and Longboards, please allow an extra 5 days for delivery.
  • Contact us for shipping rates for windsurf boards.

International Shipping, APO, FPO and DPO Information

  • For International, APO, FPO, DPO, or any other Outside of US shipping contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.
  • International shipments will be subject to applicable customs, tariffs, duties, and any required taxes (i.e., VAT). These costs will be your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. You may be charged these additional costs upon delivery.
  • All prices and transactions with Adrenalised are in US Dollars.

PO Boxes

  • Orders shipping to a PO Box can only contain small items and must use standard shipping. We can not ship to a PO Box if your order contains larger items or uses expedited shipping.

Track Your Order

  • Your tracking number will be emailed directly to the address provided in your order. When you place your order please supply an email address that is accurate and that you check regularly. Your shipment tracking number is not generated until the order is processed and a shipping label has been created.

What if my order is damaged in shipping?

  • Any shipping damage must be reported within 4 days of delivery. Contact us at info@adrenlised.com or 402 – 880 0521, we will be happy to assist you. To help us serve you better, please take photos of the damages, including damage to the packaging and detailed pictures of damage to any items. Please also keep all packaging materials, you may need them later.
