Experience the wide variety of marine life and pelagic birds while taking in the scenic beauty on our stand up paddleboard and snorkeling tour in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
We start start with an intro into stand up paddleboarding (SUP) equipment on land before we enter the water and begin with a short lesson to get everyone comfortable on their boards.
This is where the fun starts as we make our way out over two of the most visited reef systems in the area where you will be able to see a wide variety of marine life below the water, as well as the pelagic bird species flying above, all while working your full body balance and core while paddling on the board. Don’t worry though, we make it welcoming and accessible to all levels!
Weather and ocean conditions dependent, we will then make our way around Commercial Pier before we head back to Anglin’s Pier Reef for the snorkeling part of the tour. Anglin’s Pier Reef, located at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, with its rich and diverse marine life below the surface to a wide variety of pelagic bird life above, is arguably the best beach snorkeling in the United States.
The snorkeling tour starts as we enter the water led by a PADI Pro where you have the chance to spot sea turtles, blue tangs (Dory), lobsters, scorpionfish, nurse sharks and stingrays to name a few. You are more than welcome to bring a waterproof camera as you never know what unique encounter you might have.
Ocean conservation is at our core and we encourage the philosophy of “leave nothing but bubbles, take nothing but photos.”

We had an amazing SUP and snorkel combo tour with Jacques. Before we hit the water, I explained to him that I was nervous about open water snorkeling but he put me completely at ease and patiently helped me to overcome my apprehension. It helped that all of the SUP and snorkel equipment was brand new and top of the line. We paddle boarded down the coastline first and then snorkeled back while Jacques pointed out the reefs and various sea life. Jacques brought his GoPro along and took amazing pictures of our family, reefs and numerous sea creatures that he sent to us afterward. We couldn’t believe how quickly the time had passed and we were soon back on shore. Jacques walked us to where we could shower and change before heading back to our rental. We had an awesome experience with Jacques that my family and I won’t soon forget!!
