I recently completed the EFR course and As a trained lifeguard, I thought the course was a fantastic and more in-depth overview of every skill possibly needed needed to perform emergency first responding highly recommend going through Adrenalised as it is very comprehensive, in depth, and encouraging. As this is the first certification and required certification for many professional certifications later on, it’s absolutely necessary to understand the skills that are taught in the course with instruction comes better retention. I feel ready to be able to save an assist in any emergency first responding scenarios or real applications as necessary. Don’t go to anyone else as you Will not receive the same amount of in-depth training as I did with this course.
